What is holistic fitness?

Tawny has worked as a certified personal fitness trainer and wellness consultant for more than 25 years. She developed the Total Success Nutrition and Weight Loss Program and worked with countless clients to improve their lives through improved fitness and lifestyle habits. Over the years it became clear to Tawny that something was missing from most traditional exercise programs.

The fitness guru's holistic fitness program is a balanced approach that includes training in the practices that serve to integrate the body, mind and spirit. Tawny's years of experience and study give you access to the many tools that help you attain extraordinary levels of radiant health, energy, relaxation and inner peace along with your personal goals.

After assessing your fitness level and discussing your personal goals and concerns, Tawny designs a holistic fitness plan that includes time allotted for important activities besides physical conditioning that lead to increased wellness in Body/Mind/Spirit.
