The Exercise section of the "Total Success" Program Guide includes everything you need to get started on your personal work-out plan. Your Personal Trainer, The Diet Guru, will design a plan for you based on your answers to a detailed questionnaire. You will provide information about your present fitness level and whatever available equipment you have,(even if it's just a pair of walking shoes and a couple of dumbbells).
