How to use CLUB GURU Fitness Center

Notice to CLUB GURU members: The CLUB GURU Virtual Fitness Center is still under construction. Feel free to browse the information that is completed, but much more is coming soon. Be sure to check back often to view the latest exercise instructions & work-out routines. Thank-you for your patience during this building phase.

The CLUB GURU virtual Fitness Center provides a variety of suggested weight training routines to choose from. Those routines are further divided into beginner, intermediate & advanced versions. Select the work-out routine that most closely matches your goals and abilities. You can also make your own custom routine. Just click on the part of the body you want to train to see a list of exercises that target that part of the body. You will see an illustration of each exercise. Click on the button next to the illustration to see a detailed description of how to perform each exercise.
