WORK-OUT ROUTINES
Browse the following list of weight training routines to choose the one that most closely matches your personal goals & abilities.

Note: As with any physical activity, it is advised that you see your doctor before beginning a fitness program. Weight training exercises may not be appropriate for everyone. See guidelines for more information.

For general fitness and to strengthen & sculpt your muscles try my Fitness & Bodysculpting Work-out.

Do you want to build lean muscle mass? Start with the Whole Body Size & Strength Routine (Coming soon! Not completed yet.).

After at least 3 months on a whole body routine you may want to progress to the Size & Strength Split Routine (Coming soon! Not completed yet.).

As part of a well balanced fitness routine, don't forget to spend some time working on your flexibility with this Stretching Routine (Coming soon! Not completed yet.).
