Strong glutes help drive a powerful, efficient golf swing. The Golf Guru predicts that if golfers train for stronger glutes, they will have energy to spare on the course and will be able to maintain good swing mechanics longer into the round.

For most people, physical activity, including strength training and endurance exercises or stretching, should not pose any problem or hazard. There are some individuals, however, who for various reasons should not engage in strenuous physical activity.
